Does anybody know about probating wills in new jersey? - new jersey probate law
My father died 4 years ago and let his will be a betrayal ibelieve.however neighbor has not authenticated and does not want any part it.what can do to get the property back to our wonderful parent is deceased name.my. and my husband is an only child

If your father is an only child and has never been verified, then it must contact a lawyer and file a property. It has the right to anything unless your grandfather wrote that she wanted something else. If the neighbor has something against his consent, the presentation is the best thing you can do. Can not leave the neighborhood to do your father. If the will is the compulsion, the court will pass. If your neighbor knows nothing about it ", then legal is nothing left and they shall not be considered until a court approval. Call your bluff.
I did not answer and sorry for loss, I hope that this is not through. I think that everthing should be left to the family. I'm here for you and your husband
