in just my first homebrew and brewing in the Coopers Pale Ale from Australia. What it means to taste, if your goal? Did it? lol I can not wait to try my first beer ever made at home.

Pils are making harder than light beer, you must at 50 degrees (instead of beer, almost 70 degrees).
Cooper Kits are great starter kits, but they are a little better. Do not add sugar to the lot (see illustration). Instead, use the same amount of dry malt extract. They will taste better.
